Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Foundation [DBHF]will launch its firstannualBhupen Hazarika Jajabor* Music Festival on November 5 in Guwahati.
Organizers say it aims at stimulating interest in the various aspects of Bhupenda’s legacyranging from music and the arts, to education,to the pursuit of social change and justice.
