Bengali body demands CBI probe
The All India Bengali Youth Student's Federation (AIBYSF) and All Assam Bengali Youth Student's Federation (BBYSF) will stage sit-in-demonstration on September 7 at Dispur last gate in Guwahati demanding CBI probe into the Silapothar and Nagaon incident.
Speaking the News Conference held at Amala Bhawan in Kokrajhar on Sunday, Shyamal Sarkar, president of All India Bengali Youth Student's Federation and Deepak Dey, president of the Assam state federation demanded stern actions against incidents of Silapothar and Nagaon in the state.
The federation have condemned the Nagaon incident which had created resented among the citizens, said that it was created by some so called activities to indulge misunderstanding in the state. They accused of Chief Minister, who had well known about both incidents held at Silapothar and Nagaon, but yet he has been keeping silence into situations.

BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary laid foundation stone for constructing of multi-steroid super market complex at JD Road near Assam Oil depot on Friday in Kokrajhar. The super market complex would be constructed at an amounting of 3.75 crores under Non Lapsable Central Pool Resources (NLCPR) scheme in Kokrajhar town covering 243.87 Sq.m. to facilitate commercial hub in the district under the supervision of Kokrajhar Development authority, which would be constructed within two years. BTC Chief Hagrama Mohilary said his council has not been received satisfactory fund from government of India, which has facing hardship while maintaining in healthy administration. A NDFB cadre was killed at Choibari area following firing while were coming from Guwahati after producing in NIA case. On the other hand, Dahit Chandra Brahma was attacked by unidentified gunmen at Chandamari this evening in Kokrajhar.
