Bengali body demands CBI probe
The All India Bengali Youth Student's Federation (AIBYSF) and All Assam Bengali Youth Student's Federation (BBYSF) will stage sit-in-demonstration on September 7 at Dispur last gate in Guwahati demanding CBI probe into the Silapothar and Nagaon incident.
Speaking the News Conference held at Amala Bhawan in Kokrajhar on Sunday, Shyamal Sarkar, president of All India Bengali Youth Student's Federation and Deepak Dey, president of the Assam state federation demanded stern actions against incidents of Silapothar and Nagaon in the state.
The federation have condemned the Nagaon incident which had created resented among the citizens, said that it was created by some so called activities to indulge misunderstanding in the state. They accused of Chief Minister, who had well known about both incidents held at Silapothar and Nagaon, but yet he has been keeping silence into situations.

A couple was killed by suspected NDFB-S militant at Selekaguri under Runikhata PS in Chirang district late last night, which created sensation in the area. According to SP, Chirang, couple was murdered with sharp weapons last night in their nearby village by unidentified miscreants. A home guard jawan of Serfanguri PS was died at Serfanguri national highway early this morning due to hit by a boiler carrying vehicle in Kokrajhar district. The Manas National Park (MNP) has got nod of approval for addition of 350 sq.km from Governor of Assam under Chirang division in west part of the National Park.
