voter awareness campaign failed to make impact on Dr.Manmohan Singh, Prim Minister of India, as he did not cast vote here. What do you expect from general public? Though he later on said that he has casted vote throuh Postal Ballot, he had to give the explanation due to report in the media fearing criticism- one feel.

GUWAHATI: The United Liberation Front of Asom(I) has urged the various organizations not to invite the Delhi based political leaders and bureaucrats to lecture them on Assam and its history. New bio-fertilizer plant in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Good news for the north region on its agriculture front. Nova Biotech opened its organic bio-fertilizer plant recently in Guwahati fetching hopes to millions of farmers in the region. Noted social worker Ridhkaran Surana opened the plant at a function near Lokhra in the city on Friday. In his address, agriculture commissioner and secretary Amlan Baruah said that Nova Biotech had come forward to join hands with the State governments for encouraging organic farming in the region. RSS holding huge rally in Guwahati

GUWAHATI:Guwahati is holding a huge RSS rally on Sunday forcing the authority to step up security in the face of an escalating criticism from a section of political parties and organizations.
