Very happy to know that the association is continuing to do well and growing. I had the privilege of being the President of the association around 1981-82 when I was a Professor of IIT-Madras ( now Chennai). During Assam Movement, we published the Brahmaputra Beckons. A full grown leopard was captured in Guwahati after it unleashed a reign of terror in Kahilipara for the last couple of days.The leopard was captured at a cage in Kahilipara as it tried to get a goat put inside it on Thursday night.
