KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi courted arrest when he was leading a massive protest in front of Titabor SDO office alleging a crore rupee scam in the water supply scheme in the area on Monday.Policemen on duty tried to disperse Gogoi and his protestors by blank firing and lobbing tear gas shell where at least ten protestors have been injured.
