Dima Haso scam likely to rock Parliament

CPIM general secretary Prakash Karat says that his party would raise the multi crore scam in NC Hills of Assam in parliament. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati on Monday, Karat said siphonning off money meant for poor people is a grave and an unpardonable crime and that the guilty persons deserve punishment. Karat along with top party leaders held a brainstorming meet to formulate strategy for the upcoming assembly polls in Assam.

There is no positive outcome in the district after scam issue and all the political leaders are busy in making an image for the upcoming election with the in the name of scam issue. The district name should be totally named as DIMA HASAO in every article as suggested...as it is officially accepted in the gazzated offices in the state.

Veteran Congress leader and former Rajasthan Chief Minister Shiv Charan Mathur was sworn in as Assam Governor in Guwahati on Thursday at a function held at Rabindra Bhavan. He was administered oath of office and secrecy by acting Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court Justice Aftab Hussain Saikia.
