Congress-UPP to form government: UG Brahma

The Congress-United Peoples Party (UPP) alliance party is forming government at Dispur winning largest majority seats in the recent concluded Assam assembly polls in the state. Talking to Assam Times on Friday, Urkhao Gwra Brahma, former Rajya Sabha MP and UPP president, who is also party candidate for 29-Kokrajhar west LAC told that the ruling Congress party is winning 55-60 single largest majority, besides his party is making win 6-7 seats in the state with no doubt. The Congress-UPP party is forming next government in Assam without any hesitation,because citizens of the state were voted to the alliance parties to gain more integration and healthy development, he said.

‘The BJP-BPF-AGP alliance parties were not similarity in their ideology and philosophy, government formation by them was not be possible in this juncture in the state’, Brahma said adding that if Congress-UPP alliance party voted in power,the state will be getting good governance as well solutions of the long pending of Bodoland state issue,bringing of socio-economic sustainable among citizens in days to coming in the state.

‘Let, come May 19, the counting of votes of the sttae.The Congress-UPP will be winning largest majority seats in the state and government formation at Dispur is sure with cent percent’, Brahma said.

Police administration have vowed for a strict operation against NLFB in Kokrajhar district as NIA has so far circulated most wanted and head count Rs. 10 lakh against the leader of NLFB M Batha.
