BJP legislator Prasanta Phukan has written to the Chief Electoral Officer seeking a probe into the allegations that his ballot was cancelled in the recent Rajya Sabha polls.In a letter on Tuesday, the MLA from Dibrugarh further requested the state poll authority to make his ballot papers public. A strayed rhino is unleashing no less reign of terror killing a person in Majuli on Tuesday.The animal was spotted in the open paddy field at Pohumora area early in the morning to be chased away by a group of local people.
