Paribartan rally in Kokrajhar
Dozens of leaders from state BJP including Union minister Sarbananda Sonowal, MPs attended the paribartan rally and campaign ahead BTC election today at Dwimalu ground in Kokrajhar.
Senior BJP leader and MP Bijaya Chskrabarty graced the rally said that peace is the primary need of social development among society. She said BJP led NEW govt at the centre has been stressing to upliftment of all sections of communities in the country. She expressed her confident that Lotus will meet smile open in the ensuing council election slated to be held by first week of April.
MPs Rajen Gohain, Ram Prasad Sarma, Kamakya Prasad Tassa, MLAs Ranjit Das, Manaranjan Das addressed the rally.
Over ten thousand publics participated the rally from various parts of the district and saw a huge thronged of the rally.

A seven-years-old boy was succumbed to hospital following wall collapsed at Ghoskata Korida Madati sub-centre today in Kokrajhar district. According to family source, the boy identified as Bhim Brahma, son of Bircharan Brahma of Korida Madati village was received serious injuries following wall collapsed along the newly constructed wall at Korida Madati sub-centre this afternoon around 1 pm when he was playing with his friends.
