Security forces belonging to police and army apprehended a senior cadre of National Santhali Liberation Army (NSLA) in a joint operation launched today at Shiyalmari area under Serfanguri police station in Kokrajhar.
The arrested cadre was identified as Enverest Tudu alias Jambua of Srirampur. He was involved with extortion,terrorist activites in the region. A pistol, live bullet and a mobile handset was recovered from him.
