Youth Awardees to initiate Forum

National Youth Awardees from Assam is all set to start a new state level forum to address the issues related to young people in the state. Few meetings were convened in Guwahati to discuss the need of starting a forum in the state. Some of the past recipient of the prestigious National Youth Awards which is awarded by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports , Government of India,  attended the meetings and discussed the current issues related to young people of the state and the region. A full fledged committee would be formed to start a forum. The next meeting would be held on August 3 at Youth Hostel, Guwahati. All the former awardees of the state are requested to attend the meeting. This was informed in a press release by the convener of the forum Tapan Das.
