Dr MMS is the MP from Assam and he should take the moral responsibilty for the violence. The UPA and state government who had been ruling for the last 10 years must be blamed for such butchery. But Congress sees only shadow of Modi on anything. The Congress leaders leaders who used to revel in the luxury and comforts in Delhi offices were always apathetic towards the violence in Kashmir and Punjab during the 1970's and 1980's. The secular leaders were more philosohical and much less practical in understanding the problems of people in all parts of the country. There was similar violence in 2012 in NE. Then the government should have take precautionary measures to avert the occurance of similar incidents. When there is NO capable ruler or leader at the centre, the state governments will also follow the anarchy. "Yatha Raja Thatha Praja" means "AS THE RULER SO THE RULED". If the king of the country is of good character, with good heart and always thinking of well-being of his subjects, and if he is a spiritual thinker and peaceful minded, his subjects will be like him in all these ways too
The Nagaland government has set up a panel to probe the Dimapur incident where a rape accused was killed in mob attack. Government officials told Assam Times that the panel has been asked to probe allegations of security lapse.Chief Minister TR Zeliang said that the mob overpowered the security forces where Khan was dragged out of the jail to be lynched.Senior police officials probing the incident said that several youths have been arrested on the basis of the video footage.But they admitted that police remained helpless as the mob had students.

In a bizarre incident that could embitter Assam-Nagaland peace initiatives, a mob of local youths in Dimapur on Friday lynched a person from Assam accusing him of raping a college girl next month.Identified as Samin Khan the resident of Karimganj was arrested by police in this connection acting on the pressure of the various local organizations.The court remanded him to judicial custody. But th mob stormed into the Dimpur jail on Friday morning and dragged him out of it, undressed him to be mercilessly beaten up to death on the street. A team of Tripura police is arriving in Guwahati on March 10 to take away 16 children two weeks after they were rescued from the Guwahati Railway station.Tripura police officials told reporters on Thursday that the team comprising North Tripura police officials would formally take these Reang refugee children into their custody and would bring them back to their parents.Since February 25, 19 children have been staying at a camp who are waiting for their parents to come.
