Gogoi raps NDA

Chief minister Tarun Gogoi on Monday said that the state has been progressing only during the UPA government at the centre.

Releasing the white paper on the central assistance to the state during the UPA and NDA governments at the Centre, Gogoi said that the amount of central assistant during the UPA government is much higher than the NDA government at the Centre.
