Very happy to know that the association is continuing to do well and growing. Guwahati: The much-hyped Congress-AIUDF alliance to beat BJP in 2021 assembly polls hits a major road block when a recent AICC survey suggested otherwise.

Guwahati: A lower court in Guwahati on Wednesday asked Kolkata based intellectual Garga Chatterjee to surrender before it by August 27.
The court has issued the order after the court was apprised that Chatterjee who made defamatory remarks against first Ahom king Chaulung Sukafa.

Guwahati: In a landmark act that rattles both Delhi and Dispur, the All Assam Students Union has put the Clause VI panel report in public domain which the Centre has not received yet.
