Police and Election Commission’s flying squad conducted a search operation at Mani Kumar Subba’s residence in Tezpur on Sunday a day after the independent candidate was admitted to the Medanta City Hospital in Gurgaon.The search team suddenly arrived at Subba’s Chandmari-based residence in Tezpur at 1 in the afternoon. The search operation continued for 2 hours when his daughter Tara Subba was at her home.But his supporters said that Subba is going to be victim of political conspiracy.
