voter awareness campaign failed to make impact on Dr.Manmohan Singh, Prim Minister of India, as he did not cast vote here. What do you expect from general public? Though he later on said that he has casted vote throuh Postal Ballot, he had to give the explanation due to report in the media fearing criticism- one feel.

Guwahati: City-based scribes, who participated in a daylong Hepatitis B and C screening camp at Guwahati Press Club on 9 September 2019, showed an excellent health status as none was reported positive in the blood tests.
