BTPP workers stage dharna in Kokrajhar

Hundreds of workers at the Bongaigaon Thermal Power Project(BTPP) under National Thermal Power Corportaion(NTPC) staged dharna seeking early solutions of various issue and grievances,which included sanction of minimum wage specially weekly holidays with pay, PF for the workers,enagged local youths as per the experienced who were worked earlier in BTPS with first priority.

The dharna was organised by Sramik Parishad Union, BTPS Salakati, which was started from 10 am for three-hour in front of the NTPC office complex at Salakati in Kokrajhar on Friday.
