Manipur Governor. Najma Heptulla said that women should fight for their rights and get justice for their courage. On watching the 35mm celluloid Manipuri film 'Nangna Kappa Pakchadey – Tears of a Woman', screened on Monday at the Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan in Imphal, the Governor said that when a man and woman produce a child, it is their responsibility to take care of the child and not leave them in the lurch.

Preparing of the comprehensive memorandum by the sub-committee of different political parties on the issue concerning the Indo-Naga peace talks is nearing completion, its chairman said on Friday.
