Zeliang allocates portfolios

The new Nagaland Chief Minister TR Zeliang has announced portfolios for 11 new cabinet minister and also appointed 26  Parliamentary Secretaries on Wednesday.

The Village sports meet in Nagaland concluded on Saturday after Governor P B Acharya stressed peaceful co-existence through games and sports.In his speech as the chief guest during the closing ceremony he said sports meet was a good example of unity in diversity. Nagaland Chief Minister T.R Zeliang officially launched Beti Bachao Beti Padhao(BBBP) at his residential office in Kohima on Tuesday. In his address he said,”with the world moving towards a more equitable and inclusive society, Nagaland cannot afford to be left behind.
