NSCN-K gets new deputy chief

NSCN-K Chairman SS Khaplang has appointed Niki Sumi as the deputy army chief of the outfit. This was stated in statement by the publicity leader Isak Sumi saying that the military supervisor of the west has been appointed in recognition of his loyalty, dedication and commitment to the Naga national service.
