Dharna in Dispur for AIIMS at Raha
People in large number from Raha stagwed dharma in Dispur on Monday reiterating the demand to set up the proposed AIIMS in the area.
Led by the Raha AIIMS Demand Committee, the protesters reached the capital city in the morning and started staging the dharna at Last Gate saying that they would remain calm only after the proposed AIIMS is set up in Raha.
Talking to Assam Times, a protester said that they are well prepared to face any eventuality for the premier hospital in the central Assam place.
