BPF-BJP alliance forming govt: Hagrama
BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary has claimed that the alliance BPF-BJP would defeat the ruling Congress party in the upcoimng election.
Mohilary while speaking the Bodoland Day celebrtaion in Kokrajhar on Wednesday said, ‘BPF with BJP’s help, BTAD will witness lots of development activities if the Centre blinks. He hoped that the BJP-led government would release more than Rs 1000 crore fund to ensure all round development of the BTAD areas.There is no doubt that BPF and BJP alliance would form next government in Assam.The BPF party is contesting in 16 LACs in BTAD region,supporting BJP party outside of BTAD in the election as party has sustainable capacities in 22 LACs in the state.This time Congress party would face of defeating in large number of seats as citizens are favouring saffron party to meet good governance ‘.
Mohilary also announced series of development projects including free house to the poor families without ID proof, financial aids of private and venture institutions etc.
‘A total of 8000 IAY house per year for four districts of the council would allotted for BPL families without ID proof and coming next four years 32,000 IAY houses would be distributed from BTAD administration.More fly overs be setting up in the needed areas of the region of which why concern administration have conducted survey over it. Soil conservation and protection of errosion would be given priority in the region.
At-least 100 crores for private educational institutes have been decided under 1000 crores of central special packages to gain eductaional environment. We are working on the social development and unity in the region.Various sahitya sabhas including Bodo sahitya sabha,Assam sahitya sabhas are getting Sahitya sabha bhawans in the region to meet their healthy working.We have constructed multi stetoereoid guests houses across the region,besides Delhi,Kolkata,Guwahati and our step to put welfare of the society is goingon. We would form next government in the state.
He has alleged the Congress government said the Congress has never think welfare and development of the common publics of Bodoland. We will continue our commitment to the development and maiatining integrity among avrious communities,Mohilary adding said that there is no doubt to form the state govt alliance of BPF-BJP after three months at any cost.

An emergency response mock drill was conducted by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) at Habrubari in Kokrajhar district on Friday,which was a part of offsite emergency mock on the IOCL Guwahati-Siliguri underground pipeline to test the preparedness of its emergency personnel.
