Itanagar deadlock continues

Political deadlock refuses to die down in Arunachal Pradesh. Governor JP Rajkhowa has yet to decide on the fate of four ministers whom chief minister Nabam Tuki wants to be dropped immediately.

They are agriculture minister Chowna Mein, Cooperative minister Kumar Waii, women and child development minister Wanglin Lowangdong and food and civil supplies minister Kamlung Mossang when they were believed to have revolted against Nabam Tuki as chief minister.

In a bid to crack the whip on his dissidents, Tuki wrote to the governor recommending the dismissal of the four of has cabinet colleagues on October  6. But the Raj Bhawan is yet indecisive.
