Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said that Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma’s entry into BJP will put the people in utter confusion over the chief ministerial candidate.
Hours after Dr Sarma unofficially joined BJP, Gogoi said that if Sarma is made the chief ministerial candidate then what is in store for Sarbananda Sonowal and Siddharth Bhattacharya.
Talking to reports Gogoi wondered why and how Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma joined BJP a day after he was proud of his party’s victory in the Tiwa autonomous council polls.

GUWAHATI:Properties worth several crores have been reduced to ashes when a ravaging fire broke out in Fancy Bazar in Guwahati on Tuesday. The incident took place at a goodwon which caught fire early in the morning. The initial reason is said to be electric short circuit.
