Congratulation Ms S Gamlin. WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT YOU PLEASE FOCUS ON ISSUES LIKE THE EXTRA ORDINARY NUMBER OF RAPES TAKING PLACE IN NCR. The Union Home Ministry in one year service , has failed to STOP this Horrible CRIME AGAINST Ordinary Citizen of NCR. WE hope and pray you give a "NEW DELHI" FREE of Rape CRIMES in less than 6 months. THE BJP Home Ministry has let us down several time with the multiple rape incidence. WE hope to tell the Home Ministry that RAPE IS ACTUALLY A CRIME and the Basic Right to be secure for every citizen of Delhi , Security is lacking in NCR which happens to be the Nation Capital. Ms S GAMLIN GIVE US A SECURE DELHI. JAI BHARAT

Congress and AIUDF are inching closer to each other a year ahead of the assembly polls. Both the parties have agreed to forge the pact only after the polls early next year. Congress poll strategists are confident of retaining atleast 40 seats while AIUDF is expected to get no less than 20 seats which would help the ruling party retain power in Dispur. “It is our strategy. But we have not reached any formal pact with AIUDF. But we pin hope on their support,” said a senior Congress leader from Assam who refused to be named.“BPF is unlikely to support Congress. But we would keep all options. It would depend on the post poll scenario,” said the Congress leader in Delhi. The ruling...

The Assam government finds it quite difficult to implement a number of vital schemes after the Centre cut down its shares. In his budget speech on the floor of the House on Tuesday, Chief minister Tarun Gogoi rued reduction of central share in RKVY, NHM, RMSA and ICDS.“If it so happens, we wont be able to smoothly implement these schemes,” he said adding that the states has no such huge resource of its own for it.
Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi is proposing a slew of measures that would make you uncomfortable indeed. If you are planning to lodge at a hotel, be prepared to pay more.Gogoi, in his Rs 26.32 crore deficit budget has proposed hike in luxury hotel rooms with rent above Rs 2000. Smoker will have to spend Rs 1 more of cigarettes. Same it is with the liquor with 6 per cent turn-over tax on liquor bars.Gogoi further proposed to raise tax on costlier pre-owned cars and one-time tax on four-wheelers costing more than Rs 12 lakh. The budget further proposed  annual motor vehicle tax on commercial vehicles including omni tourist buses, deluxe/super express buses and contract carriages.
Just a year ahead of the assembly polls, Chief minister Tarun Gogoi seems to have targeted the small tea growers when he presented the state budget for 2015-16 on the floor of the House on Tuesday.Gooi has proposed to amend the welfare policy for these tea growers apart from promising funds to self-help groups of small tea growers to set up small tea factories. Small cold storage units for storing green leaf during the peak cropping season is another proposal that would bring the small tea grower a succour. The state has over 80,000 small tea growers who produce about 30 per cent of the state’s tea.
