Tarun Gogoi dead

Guwahati: Veteran Congress leader and former Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi is dead. He passed away in the evening at Guwahati Medical College Hospital where he was undergoing treatment of post COVID complications.

His condition deteriorated on Saturday as his organs did not properly respond to the line of treatment.

HOJAI:Hojai town is gearing up to host the Eighth National Sub-Junior Hockey(Men) tournament from January 5.
