Hojai:- Just a day remaining for the publication of the complete draft of National Register Of Citizen (NRC) on July 30 ( i.e Monday), ashes of NRC related documents of multiple blocks of the area were allegedly found.As Per information, the incident has taken place outside the Revenue Circle Office at Hojai on Saturday.As Per some citizens NRC documents of multiple blocks of the area were recovered in half-burnt condition.The incident has led to sensation in the area before the upcoming NRC complete draft publication.Talking to Media Some officials of the Revenue Circle Office said that the documents are not related with NRC and are in fact waste materials which were set on fire to clean up the office.However, Deputy Commissioner of Hojai District Manvendra Pratap Singh Said to Media,"Every document of NRC is available in digital format. Not a single paper related to NRC process is destroyed.The draft NRC is already ready and is fully secured." DC further urged denizens of Hojai District to remain far from any NRC related rumours.
