what is the India Govt saying about creating Bodoland now ?
P Swargiary's picture

It is a blunder mistake by Assam government in giving Autonomous region to all unrest tribal groups. To escape from getting trouble while administering state,Assam government without thinking of parmanent solutions, the root cause of unrest, formed autonomous councils just to be in peace for time being till the period of governance. To say practically, the demand of separate state by our people,Bodos is illogic. In the proposed region, koch rajbonshis, rabhas and other communities also have equal rights to disagree or agree being ancentors properties, lands as Bodos think. Instead of struggling for separation, bodos should struggle to get better education and get developed as per with other communities. I also request all educated bodos to be outspoken and speak against illogic demand. I know many well educated and well settled bodos does not support,so need to get hear the voices by others, keeping silent will only makes illogical demands strength.Should follow the example of Election Commissioners, H.S.Brahma.
