AMSU leaders among 22 nabbed

Tezpur police have arrested on Friday in connection with the violence during the AMSU-sponsored Assam bandh on Tuesday. They were arrested from Bhujchapori area. Good news but more Bangladeshi arrest need to be done as bangladeshis are not in 1000,they are millions in Assam,so more than 50000 should get arrested and deport them to Bangladesh. Then only journalist will have peace in mind and the assamese society as a whole.

KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi on Saturday targeted a satellite TV news channel alleging that a reporter of the channel was actively involved on the Guwahati molestation incident. KMSS leader Akhil Gogoi on Friday demands President’s Rule in Assam to bail out the state from the worsening law and order situation. Three suspected NDFB cadres were gunned down during an encounter with security forces in Goalpara district on Friday. According to police, the encounter took place during an operation in Salpara around in the wee hours. In the retaliatory firing, three cadres were killed, while the rest two managed to escape. A woman died of electrocution when she was trying to charge her mobile phone in Kamrup (Rural) district on Friday. The acrimony over the molestation incident in Guwahati seems to have spread to New Delhi when hundreds students staged dharna in front of the Assam House on Friday.
