Support echoes for Anna at Golaghat
Three organisations today staged various programme at Golaghat against the arrest of Anna Hazare and his associates by the Central Government. As a part of Krishak Mukti Sangram Samity’s(KMSS) state wide call for Jail Bharo against the arrest of Anna Hazare around 200 KMSS supporters took out an impressive ‘Jail Bharo’ march and courted arrest in Golaghat. On the other hand members of Golaghat Bar Association observed a sit in demonstration followed by a protest rally in support of Anna Hazare’s movement and implementation of Jan Lokpal Bill. Golaghat Nagorik Mancha and Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad also extended their support to the country wide movement against corruption and black money by staging a sit in demonstration.
