“I started to produce food products in 1997 with an investment of Rs 500. And today where I stand is the outcome of my hard work and dedication. At present 17 women work in Meghalee Food Products and I’m looking forward to give more opportunities to local girls so that they can become self-dependent,” said Bora.

She also thanked NERAMAC for helping them in marketing the products in a great way and appealed people to give more importance to locally produced items. “The NERAMAC has helped us in marketing our products in various places. I would like to request to the people to use local products. It will be helpful in everyway,” she further added.
