he International Committee for the Red Cross has organized a day long media workshop in Guwahati on June 30, 2009. The workshop will highlight on the issues of reporting from a conflict zone and on the international humanitarian laws. Organized in association with Guwahati Press Club the workshop is open to the working journalists of Northeast India. Interested journalists (with at least four years experience of active journalism) are requested to contact the office of Guwahati Press Club during the working hours on or before June 20 next.
