Call to mention the names of madrassas and mosqes involved in terrorist activities

A meeting held on September 14 at the Madani Hall under the aegis of Nagaon District of Jamiyat Ulema, presided over by Nurul Islam,urged the government to deport the foreingers who have sneaked into the state after March 25,1971.

The meeting talked on National Register of Citizens and demanded the govt. to update the NRC within six months and then issue photo identity cards to all Indian citizens.The meeting felt it necessary for an end to harassment caused to genuine Indian citizens in the name of illegal immigrants.It urged the govt. to enter into an extradition treaty with Bangladesh , to seal the international border. It further asked the govt. to bring out a White paper mentioning the names of the madrassas and mosques that are involved in terrorist or jehadi activities.
