Pramila demands high security
Former minister Pramila Rani Brahma has demanded strong security cover up along with suited arms like AK 47 with PSO attached to her in her position, otherwise she would withdraw her securities by tomorrow.
Brahma while talking exclusively today in Kokrajhar slammed the state govt for reducing of securities attached to BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary since few days ago said that it was condemned act from govt in today's life as securities were reduced from its strength.
She has demanded early providing of large number security arrangements along with suitable arms like AK 47 with PSO as well expansion of house guards to meet protocol status.
She has warned to withdraw security cover up if proper security arrangement were not deployed by tomorrow, said adding that the govt should maintain strong security cover up to all leaders including Chief, deputy chief, executive members, MLA, MPs, ex executive members in the region to avoid unwanted incidents in near future.

Former president of Kokrajhar district unit of Bharatiya Janata Party, Binati Bala Basumatary resigned from her party membership on Monday. Basumatary submitted her resignation letter to the state party president citating personal reason . She was Kokrajhar district BJP president for 2011-2015, who had gained strength of the party through her strong leadership in the district. Basumatary's quit of the party ahead assembly election would draw a set back party strength in the Kokrajhar. Three cadres of the NDFB(S) were arrested by security forces in a joint operation belonging to police and army at Hakata village under Barama PS in Baksa district on Sunday. The cadres were identified as Jwangsar Boro @ KK, Mohit Mushahary and Pramod Ramchiary @ Khankari @Raja of Baksa district. They were actively involved in extortion, arms smuggling and other nefarious and anti national activities and Adivasi carnage in December(2014) and had run away and sheltered themselves in Chennai, till their return.
