Mithi unhappy with DRDA

Arunachal Pradesh Rajya Sabha MP Mukut Mithi said the physical target achieved on the ground should commensurate the financial target.

Addressing the 13th DRDA governing body at Roing on Monday Mithi said that the achievement under MGNREGA 2014-15 is very dismal when compared with the target and urged to make some fact finding on it. 

He asked the DRDA project director to play a proactive role to find out where the crutch of the problem lies due to which there is difference of heaven and hell in budget and achievement. 

Mithi also called for rational funding pattern and to use the fund judiciously. He further suggested that the Annual Action Plan should be prepared early and the budget should be dispatch in the beginning of the financial year.

Amid a volatile political situation Arunachal Pradesh assembly begins its session on Wednesday.
