ABSU organises freshers' in Shillong
Students and citizens of Shillong thronged in the Educational meet cum Bodo Freshers' social day,2015 at NEHU auditorium in Shillong, was organised by All Bodo Students Union (ABSU), Shillong unit today.
Promod Boro, president of the ABSU (central committee) graced as chief guest.
Boro in his speech urged the students to be dedicated while taking higher studies in life. He said that that students are the main resources of the society as well country.
P Nirub Reddy, senior advocate of Supreme Court, New Delhi, Prof. Bijay Daimary, Union Christian College, Shillong were also present and addressed encouraging to take good career in their life.
Uttam Boro, president of the ABSU Shillong unit welcome new commer students in thd freshers social day, who are admission in various colleges and NEHU in Shillong.
A colourful cultural presentation was also presented by students on the occasion.
