Curious UFO in sky!

An unidentified object hovering around the sky in upper Assam pulled no less spell of curiosity among lakhs of people on Wednesday evening.

Much to the utter surprise and curiosity, the comet like object was spotted in the sky in and around the Naharkatiya area at around 9 in the evening forcing the people to come out of their homes to watch the strange objects. But there was no conclusion even from the experts.

The same object struck the heavy attention of the people in Dibrugarh district on Tuesday night.

 

Meanwhile, ISRO officials in Shillong told Assam Times that they were not aware of such objects in the sky. But they said if it is spotted it might be drones.

whether ISRO or NASA they will never confess that ufos are of extraterrestrial origin...i have witnessed an ufo from the front yard of my house in jorhat,assam, india on 23rd june 2015...the ufo hovered for about 40mins and finally shot off at lightning speed into the night sky..it can travel at the blink of an eye and i dont think that a drone has that technology...if drones can accelerate at lightning speed then we sud able to go for interstellar travel sitting in a drone itself..whatever i saw was nothing made on earth..nothing made om earth has technology to accelerate away and shot off at the speed of lightning

Yes. I live in dibrugarh 2days after this event i saw a ufo around 8pm while i was talking to my friend on phone suddenly i heard a loud noise and the phone's signal was lost.my frined too heard ths noise. I looked up and i saw a big ufo with purple light hovering on top of me. I quickly went inside and called my mom and sister. When they came it went away in a lighting size and became like a star but was moving very fast. My friend also saw the ufo

52 foreign tourists nabbed

Customs officials and the West Bengal police have so far arrested 52 foreign tourists hours after they seized 22 satellite phones from a hotel in New Jalpaiguri on Saturday.According to information, these phones were seized from two foreign nationals---one from UK and another from Belgium.On the basis of their confessional statements, police further arrested 50 more foreign tourists from the New Jalpaiguri town.

Customs officials seized altogether 22 satellite phones from two foreign nationals in Jalpaiguri bordering Assam on Saturday.According to information, the phones were seized from a hotel during a raid in the afternoon. Two foreign nationals –one from UK and another from Belgium were arrested after recovering the satellite phones from their possession. Interrogation is in progress.

Body recovered in Haluwating

Sensation prevails in Amguri area when local residents in a tea garden recovered an unidentified body on Saturday.According to information, the female body was spotted from the workers of the Haluwating Tea garden at a drain. When informed police came and recovered the body. Body has been sent for post mortem.    

Mixed response to Modi

Narendra Modi’s speech in the Khanapara rally seems to have drawn mixed response form the political parties.Senior BJP leaders have called it an illuminating. Naked protest failed

Startling facts seem to have surfaced on the naked dharna in Dispur on Saturday alleging horse trading by the Congress and BPF.Sources alleged it a conspiracy to foil the Narendra Modi’s rally in Khanapara.Those behind the conspiracy allegedly tried to divert the media attention from the BJP rally to the naked protest. The protesters were not prominent KMSS leaders to stage dharna against the horse trading in the Rajya Sa bha polls.Dispur police have already detained them for staging the naked protest in front of the state secretariat on Saturday.

Modi flays lack of vision

BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Saturday deplored that lack of vision and an able leadership have been preventing Assam from developing on all fronts.Addressing a huge rally in Guwahati, the Gujarat Chief Minister said that tea industry is an energy booster, tourism industry is full of potential.
