Who is BJP's CM candidate: Gaurav

Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said that Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma’s entry into BJP will put the people in utter confusion over the chief ministerial candidate.

Hours after Dr Sarma unofficially joined BJP, Gogoi said that if Sarma is made the chief ministerial candidate then what is in store for Sarbananda Sonowal and Siddharth Bhattacharya.

Talking to reports Gogoi  wondered why and how Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma joined BJP a day after he was proud of his party’s victory in the Tiwa autonomous council polls.

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court will hear Rakesh Paul’s bail plea on Friday since the government has yet to submit the affidavit for hearing on Wednesday. GUWAHATI: A BJP legislator takes on Tarun Gogoi on Tuesday charging the former chief minister with protecting Himanta Biswa Sarma who was allegedly involved in a number of scams.
