NDFB militant held in Bijni

Despite heavy presence of security forces, a section of armed NDFB-S militants been moving without any hindrance in BTAD areas.

Security forces apprehended a hardcore cadre of NDFB(Songbijit) militant during a combing operation in Chirang district on Saturday. 
 Identified as Heramba Brahma, he was held from Ulubari area under Bijni police station with arms. These include a Chinese pistol, bullets and a magazine.
