Protest rally hits Kokrajhar

Thousands of students and social activists along with media people hit the streets in Kokrajhar on Monday demanding immediate release of Jaiklong Brahma who was arrested alleging nexus with militants. Organized by the Kokrajhar Press Club, All Bodo Students Union(ABSU), Bodo sahitya sabha, BSU, ABWWF, AASU, AASAA, AKRSU,ABMSU,ABYSF,BJP, joined the protest apart from several NGOs and former Lok Sabha MP Sansuma Khunggur Bwiswmuhiary. The rally started from Rashmela ground via RNB road, DC office, Santinagar through flyover and ended at the same point.
