Raha MLA Piyush Hazarika on Tuesday felicitated students from Dighaldari village under his Constituency who have cleared the recently announced HSLC and H S examinations with an extraordinary grade .
A total of 28 students hailing from financially weak backgrounds who have cleared HSLC exam and securing 60 percent or more were among those feted by the MLA.
Interacting with the students the MLA said that there is no end of studies. There is no limit of acquiring knowledge. He underlined the importance of becoming a good human being along with a good student. He told them to have high moral values in life which would make to strive in future. He wished the students luck for the future endeavor.
Later talking to this correspondent he said that he has decided to extend all sorts of help and co–operation to the meritorious but financially weaker students of his constituency.
