With few weeks to for general election various political parties and organisations have already started campaigning in the area to gain public support. The pro-talk ULFA leader and a consensus candidate of Janogosthio Aikhya Mancha in Kokrajhar Lok Sabha seat Heera Sarania today visited Fakiragram area in Kokrajhar as part of the election campaign. Sarania said that peoples of the Bodoladn region wanted change and will vote a change.
Sarania said that the ruling party in BTC administration and sitting parliamentarian has failed to address the grievances of the majority people for which the public will vote a change. He has expressed serious concern over killing, kidnapping and extortion from all concern said that it have been creating resentment among the publics and hence peoples wants him as alternate candidature this time, he added.
Emphasizing on the social upliftment he said he would work for all round development for common publics if he voted in the election so that all concern development fund means for social as well human resource development can go through proper manner in its real steps. He said there would be no factor candidate in the Kokrajhar HPC and he would get majority vote from all community. He has expressed his hopeful said that he would not face any hardships in his candidature, as no any complaint was reached against him. He has also voiced against creation of separate Bodoland state and he would raise against division of Assam.
