BK Handique files nomination

Jorhat Congress candidate Bijoy Krishna Handique filed his nomination papers on Wednesday.

Flanked by senior party leaders, the fourth time MP filed his nomination before the returning officer at 11-30 in the morning.

Earlier, Congress workers took Handique to the DC office premises in Jorhat with a procession.

The article has incorrect information on Mr. Handique, he is a 6 time Lok Sabha MP from Jorhat.
