Explosion at oilfield

A huge explosion at an oilfield in Duliajan seems to have created panic among the local residents on Thursday.

The explosion took place with a huge sound in the evening at the Oil India Limited owned No 5 oilfield.

But the authorities have called it a technical trouble resulting in the massive fire that threatens to engulf the entire oil field. Details awaited.
