Nagaland team in Guwahati as NE Sports Fest from Jan 3

The Nagaland players have arrived in the city on Wednesday to participate in the North East Games as it is all set to begin on January 30. According to information, the inauguration of this games will be marked by the local games of the five north eastern region.

Organisers here say the entire regional sports event will be held in six venues altogether. The schedule this time include football, table tennis, badminton, boxing, judo, taekwando, weightlifting, karate and kho kho. The event will conclude on 2nd of February with a function being organised at the Sarusajai Stadium in the evening.
