Golds for Assam Karate players

Assam players won golds at the International Invitation Karate Championship 2013 held at University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka on June 9.

The winners are Manjit Dihingia – 2 Golds, Raju Kachari – 1 Gold, Dipu Tanti – 1 Gold and Sushmita Paul – 1 Gold.

Secretary General of Naga People's Front and Rajya Sabha MP KG Kenye resigns from the post of Secretary General. He was issued a show-cause notice by the NPF Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC) for voting in favour of the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill in the Parliament.
