According to the police Bubu Gogoi, Toilukya Urangia, Gobinda Gogoi and Beki Gogoi of Namrup Avaypuria gaon are running a car sumggling busines in upper Assam. Barboruah Police station, Dibrugarh has already recovered a land cruiser and a pulser motorcycle from this gang.
