Police have captured the main culprit in the sensational molestation case in Guwahati that rattles the entire country. The National Commission for Women on Saturday suggested Dispur a special court to ensure speedy trial of the molesters in Guwahati where a teen aged girl was stripped in public in the heart of the city.
