Samuel Changsan, the newly elected (unopposed) member of Dima Hasao Autonomous Council from 27 Diger Autonomous Council constituency took solemn oath in presence several Executive Members and Members of DHAC in a oath taking ceremony held at the D C’s conference Hall on August 26. The Deputy Commissioner, Dilip Barthakur administered the oath taking ceremony while ADC, K. Chowdhury and other officials were also present
